I have been googling around and asking in Facebook groups if there are any accompanied art classes suitable for my young toddler whose coming 2 years old. Apparently most of those that I saw starts only at 4 years old. Finally found one that is adult accompanied and is suitable for toddler as young as 1 years old. The class is once a week on Sat for an hour and the size class is kept very small max 3 kids. I went for the trial class first to find out more about their teaching approach and what my child will learn from it. Basically they teach more on the different art elements e.g. the different shapes, lines, texture, and allow them to explore the different colors and art materials. Once a while there will also be story telling time about the different famous artists around the world. Initially I was afraid that I will be the one doing most of the work but the teacher would always encourage us to allow the kids to do it themselves. A really good way to unwind in the weekends and also bonding time with my toddler.
