Lessons are conducted in a group for 45 mins. Initially the first few lessons, parents are encouraged to sit in to understand how the class will be conducted as well as allow the kids be gradually be comfortable with the class and the teacher. This is a music appreciation class where they will be taught more on singing, dancing, using of percussion instruments, listening and clapping to the rhythm. They will also learn on musical notes and there will be simple homework to complete and color. I am in fact looking forward to enrolling him to his violin class too since it is one of those music schools that offer Suzuki violin lessons. I would also prefer having a group violin class since peer learning will be better for younger kids in my opinion.
