Sunday Brunch at Barnacles by the Sea (closed for refurbishment in the month of Nov'18)
This buffet spread is delicately laid out to overlook the resort's naturally landscaped gardens by the waterfront of the South China Sea. Savour Fine de Claire oysters, lobsters, king crabs, scallops and succulent roasts from a live barbecue station. In addition, a caviar bar and an assorted platter of French artisanal cheeses will also be on offer.
